Based <br />on tha area, the proposal meats the 2-acra lot standard. <br />Staff requests the site evaluator to re-submit a new <br />septic design to assure that it will be located 75' from <br />the wetland based on the redesignated wetland area. <br />Dennis Kumlin was present for this matter and stated he <br />had no problem with the redesignated wetland area. <br />Mo one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Chairman Kelley, to <br />recommend approval per staff recommendation and subject <br />to the new septic design being submitted prior to the <br />August 11, 1986 Council meeting.
