He asked if Planning Commission were <br />interested in allowing more hardcover or the existing hardcover to be changed from grade-level <br />to a larger structure. The character of these structures should be considered vs. existmg <br />buildii,gs. <br />DeSantis explained the recent history of the property. Ownership of the property was gained <br />1 1/2 years ago. They felt the property would be more valuable with a building on it. It w^ <br />a long process obtaining a building permit. There is no storage in the building or on the <br />property for storage of lawn mowers or boating accessories. He expressed his concern over <br />\
