Sieff, 1080 Wildhurst Trail - Variances - Public Hearing <br />Applicant has filed an after-the-fact variance application for structural improvements and <br />additions to existing decks completed by her former husband, Roy E. Benson. Excesses of <br />hardcover exist within all setback areas of the property. Additional hardcover resulted with an <br />8’x20 ’ extension of northwest deck resulting in a 160 s.f. of additional hardcover within the 75- <br />250’ setback area. Major structural repairs of the existing decks also would have required <br />variance approval because of the e.xcesses of hardcover within 75-250’ setback area. <br />Improvement of the structures did not require setback variances.
