MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />HELD MAY 17, 1993 <br />(ilO) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE <br />Chair Schroeder explained Comrrission members attending Council <br />meetings are asked to •'eport to the Council on the actions of the <br />Planning Commission, and following, report back to the Planning <br />Commission the action of the Council. <br />(#11) OTHER ISSUES <br />An orientation meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 1993 <br />at 7:30 a.m. for all members of the Planning Commission. <br />(#13) APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Peterson, seconded by Chair Schroeder, approve the <br />minutes of the April 19, 1993 Planning Commission meeting. Ayes 2, <br />nays 0. Rowlette, Smith, Nolan, Berg and Lindquist abstained as <br />their did not attend the meeting. <br />(#14) REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COUNCIL MEETING <br />Chair Schroeder vo'unteered to attend the meeting June 14, 1993 <br />Council meeting, ano urged all new members to attend. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Chair Schroeder adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting <br />at 10:20 p.m. <br />Char Ies Schroeder, Chairperson <br />1 6 <br />y ..
