Ayes 2, <br />nays 4. Smith, Nolan, Rowlette and Berg voted nay. Motion failed. <br />It was moved by Nolan, seconded by Rowlette, to recommend denial <br />of Application #1823 for Marge Rossing, 130 Cygnet Place, for a <br />request to amend her original variance approval to include a deck. <br />Ayes 4, nays 2. Peterson and Lindquist voted nay. <br />Rossing asked the Commission members why they voted to deny the <br />deck. <br />1 7 <br />4
