In reviewing the to-scale drawing submitted of the elevations, the <br />overhang is shown at 1 ‘/i’ and will not be credited as hardcover. All exterior improvements will <br />be contained within the existing boundaries of designated hardcover improvements on survey. <br />review Exhibit J. <br />At the site inspection, staff noted that the lakeside patio area was made up of cement <br />blocks. Applicant should clarify the existing patio is to be removed and installed with a <br />cement patio. The replacement of the patio would require variance approval and Plannmg <br />Commission may seek modifications in the area and setback to lake. <br />fab
