The City’s ordinance would require setback variances for the <br />structure’s encroachment into the required front yard and for the placement in front of the front <br />line of the principal structure <br />UjH)n a site inspection of the property, it was difficult to detennine whether a tennis coun <br />could be placed 30 ’ from the street lot line and m>t eiKfoach into the sloping topographies at the <br />970 elevation to the rear.
