She said that she <br />vas not aware of the City's requirenent to that eliminate that <br />access. <br />Matusth asxed Hs. Carpenter if the formal access to her <br />{property was achieved froa Dickenson Street. <br />MS. Carpenter indicated that is correct. <br />I4r. McNeills asked where the Country Club la proposing to <br />place the access to the new lot. <br />Mabusth answered that inforaaticn pertaining to the location <br />of the new driveway has not been submitted. Mabusth indicated <br />that more than likely the house would be constructed to take <br />advantage of the views from the higher elevations. If that is <br />the case, Mabusth said the driveway would probably be located <br />where the City Engineer it showing the cul-de-sac. <br />Ms. Carpenter expressed concern regarding the location of <br />the cul-de-sac. Ns. Carpenter also noted that the property line <br />for this parcel extends over to her side of the road. She said, <br />“It will be interesting to tee how this will be resolved. <br />Needless to say, we would prefer not having sosiebody own the <br />south tide of the road because we have been aaintaining it for <br />years. Are there any plans to move the road further south?" <br />Mabusth stated that the City is requiring- Woodhill to <br />construct the road and expand it to a 24' width. Mabusth saidi <br />that the City can request that the road be placed further north <br />because of Ms. Carpenter's concerns. <br />Mr. McNellis asked at what width the cul-de-sac would be <br />constructed. <br />Mabusth replied that the cul-de-sac would be platted at a <br />100* diameter and City standards require 80' for the finished <br />diameter. <br />Mr. McNellis asked whether all <br />would need to be removed. <br />trees within an 30* radius <br />Chairman Kelley replied that every attempt is made to have <br />ar little impact on the trees as possible. <br />Mr. McNellis stateu that any tree removal that occurs for <br />the construction of the cul-de-sac will have an impact on the <br />Carpenter property^ <br />- 2 -
