Tte division involved the <br />creation of one residential lot and the remaining properties designated as ouilots. The existing <br />private driveway would continue to serve Lot 3. Woodhill Ridge plat (McNellis residence), the <br />Prudden residence (the former John Pillsbury homestead) and the proposed new residential UM <br />(refer to Exhibit F).
