Exhibit B, notes that the existing <br />homes to the north and south of the subject property are located at <br />approximately the same street setback. Gronberg also notes that <br />the existing structures appear to be 50+ or from the edge of the <br />protected tributary. These setbacks were conforming prior to the <br />ShIreland Regulation. Typical sections <br />for City roads. The right-of-way requested per ordinance <br />for both private and public streets is 50' . Plat map <br />shows Leaf Street at a 66' total width. The City now <br />asks for 30'. What do you recommend to the Council? <br />The survey shows existing homes on adjacent lota meeting <br />a 50+ or -' setback from adjacent tributaries.
