CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />No. 7418 <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE <br />CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />Whereas, The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District has adopted its 2024 budget and <br />tax levy; and <br />Whereas, The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for approval; and <br />Whereas, Hennepin County requires the City to approve the assessment roll for <br />certification to the property tax rolls. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as <br />follows: <br />That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the <br />costs totaling $28,000, on the 2023 property tax rolls, payable in 2024. <br />ADOPTED this day of , by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono. <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nola Dickhausen, Interim City Clerk <br />
