There are several land use natters that must be resolved before a commercial use <br />can be installed on this property. Applicant s business. Pro Tire and Exhaust, is located in the <br />Lone Lake Industrial Park at 571 Tamarack Avenue. The following ordinances are pertinent <br />to this review’: <br />1.Section 10.06. Subdivision 3. 3 (B) • Appeal. Directives of Comp Plan and <br />existing zoning boundaries would not allow City to issue applicant conditional use <br />permit for proposed use until specific land use matters are resolsed. <br />Section 10.40. Subdivision 4 (A) - Garage. .Applicant would apply under this <br />section for a conditional use permit to allow the proposed use.
