The Painters Creek planned residential development to the immediate east developed <br />in the early 80s set aside specific open space ouilots tor density credit and surround this parcel. <br />Tliis specific ouiloi was set aside lor future development. Residences within the Painters Creek <br />subdivision are served by the Orono School District. The 13 acre parcel is located within the <br />Westonka School District (refer to Exhibit G). Both lots meet the required area standard but do <br />not meet the required lot width at the required lot width of 3(X) at the 100 setback. Lot I is <br />defined as a corner lot and the front lot line is to be determined at the shortest dimension along
