(B) - Churches and church schools are a conditional use in <br />a single family residential zone. <br />Discussion <br />The applicants, represented by Glenn Heinsch, request variances for signage square <br />footage to construct a third sign on the property. <br />The proposed sign is shown in Exhibit E. It is a wall sign that will be illuminated by <br />interior tlorescent tubes and in total is approximately 45 s.f . being approximately 8’ wide and <br />8’ hieh centered on a brick wall that is approximately 10-12’ high. The location is shown on <br />the site plan. Exhibit F.
