The entire structure <br />fs located within the 0-75 ’ setback area. Any improvements to this property w;ll require <br />hardcover and lakeshore setback approvals. The structure meets the required street and side <br />setback of the LR-IC zoning district. <br />A portion of the 20’ x 30 ’ addition and the entire deck will be located within the DNR <br />required setback for General Development Lakes at 50 ’. The DNR has been a^ed to comment <br />on the proposal. Staff will present Ceil Strauss’s comments at your meetmg^ There is adequate <br />area in the west street yard to move structural addmons out of the aO DNR required setback. <br />There is 10 ’ between the easement and the proposed 20’ x 30 ’ addition and 8 adjacent to the <br />garage. Note there is no required setback for structures from a dnveway easement. If s^emre <br />was to be moved to the edge of the easement, there would stiU be a 22-23 separation between <br />struemre and travelled driveway.
