The upper level <br />porch is 30’ ± from the inland lagoon or pond considered the main lake. The proposed addition <br />will extend 9’ closer to the pond. An upper level deck that extends around the lakeside of the <br />new additions will be located 18’ from the shoreline. The new entry addition proposed at the <br />street side of the residence will not require any setback variances but will require haMcover <br />variances within 75-250’ setback area.
