Other issues raised by Planning Commission. <br />Options of Action <br />To deny the conditional use permit and allow the upper level to be improved and to <br />co ntinue to provide additional living space for resident but to not allow the extension of <br />municipal sewer and water to the facility; <br />To approve a conditional use permit for guest house and a variance to the area standard, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />I.Structure may never be used for rental purposes but may be for the exclusive use <br />of occupants of principal structure, guests or hired help. <br />2.Upon application for a building permit, applicant shall make payment for sewef <br />and water connection fees as noted above. <br />3. Other conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
