No land <br />alterations can take place until erosion control is established and septic sites <br />fenced and the City is in receipt of final grading and road plans. No <br />improvements can begin until CiQr Engineer has approved all improvement plans. <br />A Letter of Credit must accompany a fully executed Developer’s Agreement <br />written to 150% of the cost of the proposed road and site improvements. No <br />building permits will be issued until all drainage facilities have been installed and <br />approved satisfactory road base completed. <br />11.
