This position is also responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for <br />visitors and must be able to work during core business hours. <br />Supervision Received and Exercised <br />This position reports to the City Clerk and does not supervise any other position within the City. <br />Essential Functions <br />Essential functions listed below are intended as illustrations of the various types of work that <br />may be performed. (In <br />person, phone, e-mail, and in writing). <br />▪Receives applications, obtains required data, and makes necessary determinations, <br />answers questions and explains procedures regarding permits, certificates, licenses, <br />assessments, and other matters requiring knowledge of city ordinances, departmental <br />policies and regulations. <br />▪Assists in completing forms, applications, permits and licenses, and arranges
