The purpose of the action item is to forecast future work session agendas. <br /> <br />2. Background / Summary. The Official Meetings Calendar adopted by the Council establishes a <br />work session meeting at 5 PM on the same days as regular council meetings which begin at 6 PM. <br /> <br />3. Next Work Session. Select department heads will provide an update on their proposed Capital <br />Improvement Plans changes for 2024. <br /> <br />4. Proposed Future Topics. This is an opportunity for council members to propose and agree to <br />future work session topics. <br /> <br />5. Work Session Items. The table below depicts topics for works sessions. Those shaded have already <br />occurred.
