No members ot <br />the public were present at the meeting to comment, and no public comments have been received <br />regarding this variance request. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the lot area and width variances per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation, subject to no other variances being granted. <br />Options for Action <br />1 . Approval per attached resolution. <br />2. Table for additional infomiation. <br />3.
