Mark <br />Thompson from the Metropolitan Council Legal Counsel’s Office, made changes resulting from <br />discussions' at the meeting of Nov. 2. 1995 The two schedule, iv. the revised Current Value <br />Credit and the payment from the preferred location for the lift station have been made part of the <br />agreement. <br />Yesterday I received from Glen Cook two copies of the map of the regional and local sewer <br />systems depicting the portion of the regional system being reconveyed. There are a few nunor <br />changes mostly due to mislabeling of some lift stations; nothing to worry about but clearly it <br />needs to be consistent with the text of the agreement. I shall work with Glen to have the changes <br />made. <br />I shall send you two originals of the agreement together with corrected maps for signature, as <br />soon as I get the new maps. <br />If you have any question, please call me at 291-6402, <br />I look forward to the signing of this agreement. <br />Sincerely, <br />C2i <br />Marcel R.
