Z) and the enclosed staff memos dated October 10, 1995 and June 12, 1995. <br />Both lets meet the reovired standards of the RR-IB Zoning District. The City Engineer has <br />reviewed and approved the existing access located within proposed Lot 2. The access may <br />continue to be used by both property owners. The City Engineer has also approved an access <br />at the most eastern edge of the property- if applicant chooses to have a separate access.
