ISJr .m 3. <br />No building pennits will he issued by the Cit>' until all drainage facilities have been <br />installed and approved by the City, and a satisfactory road base installed for the <br />shared drives serving Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 3 and 4. <br />•Subdivider to dedicate a trail easement for a perpetual easement for public ingress, <br />egress, access and trail purposes over and across an easement that encroaches Lots <br />1, 2 and 3, Block I of French Creek Woods. The easement shall include a legal <br />description and a plan locating trail alignment within the subdivision. <br />Dedication by deed to the City of Outlot A. <br />Subdivider to create access easements over Lots 1 and 3 in tavor ot Lots 2 and 4. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or a Registrar of Titles' Office on or before May l.>, 1996 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the <br />easements, deeds and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by <br />the date specified above. In that event U will be necessary- to file a new application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision review.
