n <br />Request for Council Action continued <br />page 5 of 5 <br />November 9, \S95 <br />Zoning FUe #2074 ______________ <br />Planning Coffimission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application as proposed subject to the <br />Watershed District approving drainage plan submitted to both the City and the Watershed District. <br />Shawn Gustafson has reviewed the plan and conceptually approved the proposal subject to his <br />reviewing the area calculations of the floodplain encroachment to confirm adequate area is being <br />providing by applicant in the s\%'ale along the north lot line. Approval of the conditional use permit <br />shall be subject to the issuance of a MWCD permit and approval of the final plan by the City <br />Engineer. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the unanimous recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and based on the findings and hardships set forth by applicants and <br />appropriate conditions of the Planning Commission's approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either approve or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
