He asked what opinion others had if approval for the proposal was <br />given while maintaining the easement for the cul-de-sac Toies said the parties ® ^ ^ <br />application would need to discuss the maner, but he was of the opinion that u the cml-de- <br />sac was turned back to grass, no one would care to change it agam lo blaclaop in the <br />future. Marfield said he'’was worried that another governmental body would make the <br />change once again to blaclaop in the future, and he would be uncomfortable wit <br />maintairang the easement after working so hard to eliminate it. <br />Schroeder asked Staff if these propenies were a possible candidate for a loop road but <br />was told bv Gaffton no Schroeder acknowledged the uniqueness of these propenies and <br />noted the undesirability of a cui-de-sac except for lire depanment use, which is disputable. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Schroeder moved.
