Motion, Ayes (7) - Nays (1). <br />Kullberg Nay. ? <br />The Planning Commission felt that there <br />should be provisions so the patrons will <br />know tliat there is parking in the rear of <br />the building. <br />The Planning Commission questioned the <br />street vacation procei’ure which limits <br />vacations to situations where there is a <br />public purpose. The Ramstads explained that <br />they would like tiie Village to vacate Hill <br />Street west of Tonka Avenue so they could <br />construct,a garage on tJicir property. Motion, Ayes (8) <br />Mr. Richard Conry reqtiested a division of <br />Parcel 5600, which is 3.48 acres, into three <br />building sites. This request requires a <br />variance in lot width of approximately 40' <br />for one of the lots.
