The applicam^^ ■ <br />previouslv stated he had nor intentionally combined the lots but it was done as a rest'., o <br />request for one tax statement. The nvo lots meet the area and width requo-emems. <br />Weckman said the main issue is with the access roads on the propeny. Lots 3 and 4 are <br />the current homestead and have access from Fredenck Street. A more recent dnveway <br />was established from Casco Point to the lots and is now a thru dnveway with a circ e. <br />The applicant said this dnveway existed between 1931 and 1985, but he allowed <br />vegetation to grow over the driveway after 1985 The dnveway was reestt*hshed in <br />W4 The on'ginal subdivision shows an outlot with a dnve circling around and <br />conneaing to The cul-de-sac. but the dnve used as the connector cuts through lot 1. <br />W eckman asked for direaion from the Commission on what to do with the <br />With the dnvewav serving lots 3 and 4 going through Lot 1, the requirement of 1/. acre <br />contiguous on Lot 1 with'the pnncipal structure placed on the lot is not men .An opuon <br />was noted to end the driveway as shown on the drawings, or since Lot 1 is being sold to <br />the applicant’s son. an option would be to allow the use of the dnveway on ^ ‘empor^ <br />basis while using the adjacent two propenies and n£l adding an easement m favor ot lots 3 <br />and 4
