As such, it is <br />appropriate for CSAH 51 to provide access to adjacent properties at some <br />reasonable spacing, typically a lot width or the length ot a city block (200 to 3(X) <br />feet). <br />-The proposed 250 foot access spacing is consistent with the other residential <br />access spacing along this section of CSAH 51. <br />-The intersection sight distance from the proposed access will be adequate. <br />In summary, the investigation indicated that there are no traffic-related problems <br />as.sociated with the proposed access spacing and Scotch Pine Lane vacation. <br />If you have any questions or comments concerning this matter, please call Jetf <br />Holstein or me.
