A RESOLUTION .APPROVING A CLASS I DI\'ISION <br />OF LEGALLY COMBINED LOTS LOCATED AT <br />2480 AND 2490 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />FILE NO. 2000 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a division by <br />Cortlen G. Cloutier (hereinafter "the Subdivider") that would divide Lot 1 fro..t r-ots 3, 4 and Outlot <br />1. The properties are legally described as tollows: <br />Lots 1. 3, 4 and Outlot 1. Block 1, Tillson ’s Villa Carman. Hennepin Count>\ <br />Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has completed all requirements of the Cit>' for a Class <br />1 Division of legally combined lots. <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the Class I Division of the property for Cortlen G. Cloutier as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by John C. Larson, a registered land surveyor. Minnesota License #19828. of <br />Pioneer Lneineerinu. dated February 15. 1995. most revised date October 12. 1995. and attached to <br />this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Subdivider shall create access easements over driveways that encroach Lot 1 and <br />leuallv described on the above referenced sur\'ey. Driveway/access easements shall <br />be granted in favor of Lob ' ind 4 over Lot 1.
