The tive-lot subdivision of Tillson's Villa Carman was tiled in <br />December of 1962. The applicant purchased the properties from the original <br />owner and legally combined them sometime in 1967. Lot 1, the parcel to be <br />divided from Lots 3 and 4. meets all required lot standards of the LR-lC zoning <br />district.
