They have hired a contractor to <br />commence work the week of April 19th. <br />Hurr recuested verification that they wouldneed to obtain a new <br />conditional use oermit for the reoair of the seawall. <br />Mabusth agreed that per the code, a new conditional use permit is <br />reuuired. <br />Hurr suddested they interpret the code to mean if an existing <br />conditional use oermit was not In effect, any reoair would require <br />application for such a permit. <br />Goetten agreed.
