Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 3 <br />October 18. 1995 <br />Zoning File #2080 Greg & Dana Kellenbergcr, 4045 Watertown Road <br />3.The location of the well in the west side yard also forces septic further west on <br />property in order to meet the required separation setback trom well. <br />4.Southern portions of the property have been rendered useless for septic development <br />because of the historic horse use of the rear yard. <br />5.One of the three trees to be lost as a result of the improvements will be replanted on <br />the property. <br />6.A major stand of trees and plantings along the east lot line will minimize any visual <br />impact of the expansions within the substandard side and street yard. <br />7. No other variance will be required with these improvements. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the variance application as <br />proposed. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />Plannine Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL .\CTION REQUESTED: <br />To either amend or approve the enclosed resolution. <br />Isv
