Boulder walls at the base of the slope are not approved. <br />2. Excavation of the slope itself is not approved. Proposed plantings shall be <br />accomplished w ithout excavation of the slope. <br />Boulder walls at the top of the slope and minor filling behind them in the yard area <br />is approved subject to use of "Best Management Practices for Protecting Water <br />Quality in Urban Areas" during the boulder wall construction process. Revegetation <br />should occur immediately after completion of wall construction. <br />4. Existing landscape fabric in the 0-75' zone shall be removed, resulting in final <br />hardcover including existing stairway and new boulder walls of approximately 3.7^0 <br />in the 0-75' zone. <br />Applicant's ne.xt scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council Monday.
