Brietly. applicant proposes to <br />construct a two story addition to the existing residence. The addition will meet all setback <br />requirements, but constitutes additional structural hardcover in the 75-250’ zone. Applicant <br />proposes to remove virtually all of the landscape bed hardcover on the property, resulting in <br />only 0.2% hardcover in the 0-^5’ zone and 31.7% in the 75-250' zone. <br />Proposed lot coverage by structures will be 11.1%. well within the 15% limit.
