Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />September 22, 1995 <br />Maxwell Bav Access Memo <br />It is siafFs intent to assign the access a new single address on North Shore Drive <br />(although the entrance will be on Tonkawa Road, it is statFs expectation ^bat a <br />North Shore Drive address will be more user friendly for people trying to find <br />the access, and may reduce the amount of traffic which might attempt to use <br />Tonkawa Road to get to the site). <br />S; <br />The DNR’s current time line irwludes a public hearing/commercial site plan <br />review at the Planning Commission in November, with final Council action in <br />early December. They expect to have the next generation concept plan completed <br />by October 3rd for a Lake Use meeting October 4. 5 or 6, and then would have <br />their preliminary plans completed by the end ot October in time for the <br />November 20th Planning Commission meeting. We would then anticipate <br />Council action on November 27th. or at the December Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION QUESTED: <br />Scheduling of I-ake Use Committee for October 4, 5 or 6. 8:00 a.m
