r. <br />3.Dedication to the City of a flowage and conservation easement providing for <br />limitations on the use of the wetland described therein and shown on the plat as <br />"drainage easement". <br />4. Payment to the City of final plat legal review and filing fees of S200.00. <br />5. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount of $3,600.00. <br />NO\V» THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV ED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Lakeside Heights. Hennepin County. Minnesota, and grants a variance <br />to Section 10.24, Subdivision 5 (B) to allow the existing residence to remain in its current location <br />33.0' from the front lot line where a 35.0’ setback is normally required, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The existing house sewer connection shall be relocated to Loma Linda Avenue, and <br />the new house on Lot I shall use the existing southerly stub at County Road 151. <br />2. The driveway entrance for Lot 1 shall be on Loma Linda Avenue at a location to <br />be approved by the Public Works Director. <br />3. While the City shall not be party to the view easement over Lot I in favor of Lot <br />2. the location and extent of said casement shall not be revised from that proposed <br />without notification of the City. <br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono w ith the Hennepin County <br />Recorder ’s Office on or before March 25, 1996 together with a certified original <br />copy of this resolution and executed copy of the conservation and flowage <br />easement document. <br />The approval eranied by this resolution shall expire it the plat has not been filed by the <br />date specified above.
