Note discrepancy in easement description <br />for bike trail as shown in Exhibits G and N. Gerhardson has confirmed that the description <br />shown on the preliminary plan. Exhibit G, is correct. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the four lot subdivision <br />as proposed, subject to the conditions set forth in the enclosed staff memo dated August 16. <br />1995. Page 4. The resolution also includes the approval of the variance to Section 11.33, <br />Subdivision 4 of the Subdivision Regulations which would have required a private road outlot <br />to serve all four lots based on the unique findings and hardships noted above. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To deny, approve or amend the enclosed approval resolution <br />Isv
