The proposed filling is not covered within <br />the scope of a building permit which would allow only the borrowing of 100 cubic yards. The <br />fillinu will have no impact on adjacent residential I rs nor the approved drainage plan for the <br />subdivision. <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of conditional use permit based <br />on conditions set forth in the engineer’s report.
