The applicant should deteimine the P’f'*'P “ <br />access location. We have reviewed the grades and site distance and it appears that the <br />south end ot the property is best suited for the access. <br />The applicant should provide drainage and utility easements uound the propos'd 2 acre <br />lot 10 feet wide along the right-of-way and 5 feet wide along all lot lines.
