Request for Council Action continued <br />page 3 of 3 <br />August 7, 1995 <br />Zoning File #2033 <br />The applicants advised of the need for additional storage areas within garage as the existing <br />residence structure has no basement. Applicants noted a possible need to maintain plastic along <br />north side of residence to keep drainage or runoff going into a partial basement in lower level. <br />Planning Commission advised that this could be achieved with regrading directing drainage away <br />from house and with the installation of gutters. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the application subject to <br />hardcover reductions being made as set forth above. Applicants were advised that it structural <br />improve!.'^nts were proposed at some future time that approval will be conditioned on applicants <br />oficring matching or greater removal of existing strucniral improvements. The enclosed <br />approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQLTSTED: <br />To deny, adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
