Deletions are tdeniilicd with <br />Strikeouts and additions are identified with an underline. <br />The changes are as follows: <br />Subd 10 Animal Pound. Includes the new law changes and changes the length of time <br />impound records are keep. The State Records Retention Schedule states a three (3) year <br />retention period. <br />Subd. 11. Wording change to non-sexist. <br />Subd. 12. Changes wording to conform to enforcement personnel used in Subd. 14 (A). <br />Subd. 13.
