The owner has decided to vacate the drainage and utility easement that <br />still remains along the former division line within proposed Lot 1, refer to Exhibit E, rather than <br />wait at the time of a future subdivision of Lot 1. The easement as it exists seiA’es no public <br />purpose. Tl« Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the vacation petition. <br />Drainage and utility easements will be dedicated along the newly defined lot line as shown on <br />the plat of a lot line rearrangement.
