iresul^s in a lot with no access to <br />said Outlet B, then the Owner of <br />said resulting lot without access <br />shall have no liability for said <br />costs. <br />areIII.The Declaration and the First J^endment <br />hereby amended by adding to Article V, para <br />graph 3 the following: <br />In the event more than nine (9) lots <br />result from the subdivision of any <br />lot as allowed hereunder, then such <br />shorter setback shall be approved by <br />seven (7) Owners. <br />IV.The Declaration and the First Amendment are <br />hereby amended by deleting Article V, para <br />graph 6 and substituting therefore the follow <br />ing: <br />(6)Division of Lots.No resubdi <br />vision of a Lot shall be allowed <br />without amendment of this Declara <br />tion, except that subdivision of Lot <br />6, Block 1, Stielows Addition and <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Klitzke Addition <br />into four resulting lots, none of <br />which shall be less than two (2) <br />acres in area, is hereby approved. <br />In any case no future subdivision <br />shall be allowed which results in a <br />lot of less than two (2)acres. <br />After the lot division approyed <br />herein, there will be ten lots with <br />access to Outlot B, Stielows Addi <br />tion (also known as Oxford Road), <br />and the Owner of each lot with such <br />access shall share equally in the <br />maintenance and repair costs set <br />forth in Article IV herein. <br />V.The Declaration and The First Amendment are <br />hereby amended by adding to Article V the fol <br />lowing: <br />(7)Rental. In the event there are <br />two living units on any Lot (or a <br />lot resulting from an allowed subdi <br />vision of a Lot), such second living <br />unit shall not be rented separately <br />from the main living unit.
