Hennepin County has presented concepDial plans for improvements <br />to County Road 15 east of Orono Orchard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has reviewed the plans and has conducted a public <br />meeting for the residents to offer comments; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that preliminary plans showing more detail <br />should be completed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby <br />direct Hennepin County to prepare preliminary plans for improvements to County Road 15 east <br />of Orono Orchard Road to the Orono/Wayzata border. <br />Adopted ’ . the City CouncU of the City of Orono.
