Planned Residential Development. Limited to <br />detached single family dwellings only and subject to the <br />limitations of Section 10.32. <br />I. Duplex credit. One duplex may be located on a <br />single lot as a conditional use upon fJIt tsthat public sanitary sewer service available, and the lot i <br />adjacent to a commercial or industrial district,^ and <br />constructed within 200 feet of the commercial F <br />district.
