SEC. 10.20. R-IA ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />S 10.20 <br />Subd. 1. purpose. The "R-IA" One Family Residential <br />District is intended to F^rovide a district which will al^ <br />combination of lew density residential <br />agricultural activity. Planned <br />allowed by conditional use permit. shall have <br />immediate access to highways and public sanitary sewer. <br />Subd 2 Permitted Uses. Within any "R-IA" One Family <br />Residential District! no structure or land shall be used except for <br />one or more of the following uses: <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />One family detached dwellings. <br />Public owned parks and playgrounds. <br />Municipal buildings. <br />following uses except by conditional use permit. <br />A Schools. Public schools and parochial or <br />private schools ihich teach a curriculum similar to » <br />provided no building shall beline of an abuttinq lot in an "R" District and that a J®"ce be <br />erected fifteen feet or more from all <br />abutting use is for open play, and nursery schools providing fifty <br />square feet of playground space per pupil. <br />B. Churches. Churches including those related <br />structures located on the same site which are an <br />the church proper, convents or homes for <br />religious function on the same site provided no building <br />rrelidence shall be located within fifty feet of any lot line oL <br />an abutting lot in an "R" District. <br />C. Clubs, Camps, etc. Golf courses, country clubs, <br />tennis clubs, public swimming pools serving more than one <br />scout camps, YMCA camps, YWCA camps, church camps, <br />profit porks, playgrounds and other similar uses.
