There are no specific parking <br />standards For this review, staff has taken the position that this institute operated for over <br />twentv years without any parking problems. The 46 total stalls would appear to provide <br />adequate parking. The applicant has advised that they plan no signage changes or lighting <br />changes. Although applicant would be allowed over 500 s.f. of sigMge based on the standards <br />of the signage code for the B-4 district.
