CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Olson; Council: Hartfiel, Bash. L. Olson; Administrator: Lynch <br />Police Chief: Sullivan <br />Absent: Sawyer <br />2. APPROVE AGENDA <br />The council approved the agenda as submitted by Police Chief Sullivan which <br />included the following: <br />Review of 1994 Statistical Report <br />Explanation of Delivery of Service <br />New Approach to Delivery of Service <br />Local Problems and Issues <br />Council Member Questions <br />Review of 1994 Statistical Report <br />Chief Sullivan and the City Council reviewed the information from the 1994 <br />Statistical Report and the implications of the numbers for the City of Long <br />Lake. <br />Explanation of Delivery of Service <br />Chief Sullivan reviewed the basic contract coverage for the City of Long Lake <br />and the additional coverage as purchased through the contract. The City of <br />Long Lake receives approximately 70 /tours a week from two officers which <br />breaks down to approximately 10 hour coverage per day. <br />New Approach to Delivery of Services <br />The City Council discussed their desire to receive different information from <br />the Police Department on the criminal activity in the City of Long Lake.
