The Special Revenue Funds include the Park Fund, the Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund, and the Building Outlay Fund. During the 1994 budget process and the 1995 budget process, although these funds were discussed, and revenue projections were made, only the expenditure budgets were included in each year’s budget document. In order to present a comparison of actual to budget amounts for these funds within the City’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) we must have an official adopted budget for both the revenues and expenditures. A comparison of the actual revenues to the proposed revenue budgets is shown for each of the Special Revenue Funds for 1994, and the proposed 1995 budgets are presented for your review and approval.
